On arrival at the clinic, the first step in utilizing our services is to register yourself as a patient. Registration counter is manned by a well trained front office team. The Registration process is fully computerized. You will be issued an Identity Card which will enable further contact with the clinic. This card has your medical record number on it which is the most important identification while you are in the clinic. Do not let anyone give you medications, tests or procedures without checking your ID card.
Patient’s guide
A physical examination and clinical tests help the doctor evaluate your condition, yet your own description of symptoms is the key to a precise diagnosis and treatment. When asked about your symptoms, be honest and provide all the information the doctor asks to help him diagnose and advice an appropriate course of treatment.

Regular consultation timing
Regular consultation timings are from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 5.00 pm to 9:30 pm, on Fridays, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and 5.00 pm to 9.00 pm. We have full time doctors and the patients are free to choose the doctor they want to consult at the Reception counter The Counter Staff will assist you.
